I am responsible for my own happiness

Many people keep asking me how and why I can do things by myself almost all the time. They’re wondering if I’m happy or lonely doing it. Well, I am happy. Of course, sometimes I feel lonely but I’m okay. I understand my situation. I’m creating the life that I deserved, to be happy and to do things that I love. I don’t see why we always need to hang on to somebody to be able to live a happy life. Well, this doesn’t mean I don’t want to have a boyfriend/husband one day. haha

Since primary school, my house was in different direction from most of my friends. I kind of get used to walking to the school and get home by myself. It was the same when I was in high school, and when I started attending University and church. This created a weird habit of me always wanting to travel by myself, taking a bus, looking out the windows, and listen to music.

According to my blog Thai people VS Decisions, I decided to do things by myself no matter what. We should not let anyone hold us back from doing things we enjoy. If I want to see a movie in cinema, I’ll just go. If I want to go to the concert, I will go and sing my heart out, dance and scream! If I want to travel somewhere, guess what, I have the money, and time!

Another thing is that I do post many things on my personal Facebook account. Why? Because most of my friends might not be interested in what I’m telling them via chat. I have a friend who loves K-pop very much, and most of the time when she tell me about it, I don’t know how to react because I don’t give a shit about it. LOL But I don’t want to be rude to my friend. So when I’m happy about something, I will just post a status on Facebook. If any of my friends are interested, they can react to it. If not, they can just ignore it. It’s easy for everyone, right?

I’ve learned how to love myself. I want to get good at doing something. I want to be able to visit new places, and explore. I also enjoy discovering things that I like, and don’t like. What about you? Can you do things by yourself? It’s never too late to start loving yourself. It’s your life, don’t let somebody else run it!
