Fall in love with Wizarding World all over again: Fantastic Beasts review

You might have heard about the latest fantasy movie that is a spin-off of the Harry Potter film series. “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” was written by J. K. Rowling. If you read or watched the Harry Potter series you probably similar to the name. I’m a fan of Harry Potter series, I read all the books and watched all movies (more than twice). And of course, I’m excited to see Fantastic Beasts. I love the idea of going back into the Wizarding World that J.K. Rowlings created.

The movie officially released in Thailand today, November 17th.  I went to see it before I get to the office today. The magical creatures were amazingly made. The Bowtruckle “Picket” was my favorite creature and the naughty Niffler, too! I was head over heels for Harry Potter series and J. K. Rowling cast a spell on me again! I can’t stop smiling seeing people were using wands and casting spells. Eddie Redmayne is a great Newt Scamander. It’s hard not to like this character. Since Les Misérables I can’t seem to stop liking Eddie. Queenie Goldstein reminded me of Luna Lovegood. There was one part that I didn’t enjoy. You have to see the movie first to understand my next sentence as I won’t put spoilers here. I don’t like the actor that made a cameo almost at the end of the movie. I’m going to see it again with my boyfriend this weekend. I’ll try to get more details and maybe will add some more thoughts on this post.If I remember it correctly, Fantastic Beasts happened around 70 years before Harry Potter. Albus Dumbledore, Gellert Grindelwald and a few characters from Harry Potter series were mentioned. I heard that this is a start of the trilogy and there will be five movies. It’s great to hear!I’m also considering seeing it in IMAX 3D as I heard the detail was amazing! Fans of Harry Potter series shouldn’t miss Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. I hope you will enjoy the movie. Please let me know in the comment box below if you do!
